You don't have to submit work to be a member, if you are a fan of either of the two characters then please feel free to join us - the more the merrier. All skill levels are accepted.

:bulletblue: All images must include either the Clown Prince of Crime or the Master of Fear. If neither of the two are present, the submission will be removed.

:bulletblue: No Harley Quinn please. (unless featured in pictures with the joker or scarecrow).

The Clown Prince of Crime has played a dangerous game for so many years, winning is nothing.

He laughed away his cares.

Come find him again under a more theatical circumstance.
